Contractors and pharmacy staff will be aware of the need for vigilance when selling products containing pseudoephedrine. There is a risk that if pharmacy fails to meet the relevant guidelines then these products will gain POM status. The Royal Pharmaceutical Society have recently issued a Law and Ethics Bulletin providing advice on such sales.

There is also a training package available, for a small charge, via the Chemist & Druggist.
