As from February 1st changes to the CD register were implemented. The records should now show who collected the Schedule 2 medication. The record must show whether the person collecting a Schedule 2 CD was asked for proof of identity and also whether they provided this proof. If the person collecting the medicine is a healthcare worker their name and address must be recorded.
