 Contractors will need to be aware that Contract Assessment Teams from the PCT will soon be starting the first round of visits. Pharmacies will get at least 28 days notice of the visit to give them time to assemble the necessary evidence. The documentation and the process can be found on the Clinical Governance section of this website.
